Chocolate Raisin Balls

Makes 20

A delicious sweet treat for the chocaholics.

1 cup (tightly packed) raisins
¾ cup walnuts
1 tsp vanilla extract (plus extra for coating the balls)
¼ cup Dutch cocoa
(toasted sesame seeds, or coconut can also be used for coating)


Place all ingredients into a food processor. Bend until finely ground and sticky. Form into balls using a teaspoon as a guide to size. Roll in extra cocoa powder or toasted sesame seeds.
In summer, keep in the fridge.
